A dynamic leader, distinguished clinician and inspiring humanitarian, Dr Lenny Da Costa represents the true spirit of service, excellence and transformational leadership. With over two decades of professional distinction in medicine and an equally impactful journey in Rotary, he brings vision, experience and an unwavering commitment to creating meaningful change.
A Consultant Geriatrician, Preventive Cardiologist, Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine Specialist, Dr Da Costa completed his MBBS from the prestigious Goa Medical College and specialised in Geriatric Medicine from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bengaluru. He has pursued advanced training in Anti-Aging Medicine and Preventive Cardiology and holds the Fellowship of the International Board of Clinical Metal Toxicology (USA), reflecting his dedication to cutting-edge, integrative healthcare.

A compelling international speaker and mentor, Dr Da Costa has delivered influential lectures and conducted advanced teaching workshops across the globe. His areas of expertise span Anti-Aging Therapies, Chelation Therapy, IV Nutritional and Regenerative Medicine, Preventive Cardiology, Bio-identical Hormone Therapy in geriatric care, Metal Toxicology and functional approaches to chronic diseases. Through his academic initiatives and online programs, he continues to shape and guide the next generation of medical professionals.
As an accomplished author, his much-appreciated book “Is Your Doctor Keeping You Sick?ˮ reflects his mission to empower patients and transform perspectives on modern healthcare. Over the past 20 years, he has treated
more than 35,000 patients suffering from Ischemic Heart Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, Diabetes Mellitus and other chronic degenerative conditions, impacting countless lives through compassionate and progressive care. He currently runs successful clinical practices in Goa and serves patients through affiliate centres in Mumbai and New Delhi.
A certified trainer and facilitator with ABSTA Diamond Certification from the Blair Singer Training Academy (USA), Dr Da Costa is also recognised for his motivational leadership and ability to inspire performance excellence.
His Rotary journey began in 2008 with the Rotary Club of Margao Midtown. As Club President in 2014–15, he led the club to extraordinary achievements including the District Award for Best President, seven additional District Awards, the Rotary International Presidential Citation and multiple Governor’s Appreciation recognitions.
His leadership trajectory within Rotary International District 3170 has been marked by consistent excellence. As Assistant Governor (2017–18), he was adjudged the Best Assistant Governor in the District, and he later served as Assistant District Trainer, contributing significantly to leadership development and capacity building.
Dr Da Costa is a recipient of the prestigious Rotary International Avenues of Service Award and has been honoured multiple times with the Rotary Foundation District Service Award. In recognition of his outstanding dedication, visionary leadership and selfless commitment to Rotary ideals, he was unanimously chosen as District Governor of Rotary International District 3170 for the year 2026–27 in November 2023.
He is strongly supported in his journey by his spouse, Rtn. Nita Noronha e Costa, Past President of Rotary Club of Margao Midtown. Their son Rafael is also a Rotarian. The family are Major Donors to The Rotary Foundation, and Dr Da Costa is a proud member of the Paul Harris Society.
